DISCLAIMER: Both of these hosts are based on real people (i.e: they are actually voiced by and named after indie artists from Chicago), but the headcanons I'm making are SOLELY based on what I've seen from the games, and are not representative of their real-life counterparts. Thank you and enjoy the art.

Like all the games that will get host references, both games were created by Jackbox Studios. Basically, when you're playing the game, the hosts in my headcanon are doing the commentary and instructions live, and they prepare for that moment like any other talk/game show.

Simeon "Shadowmaster MC" North (Host name same as in the game):

- A prominent indie Chicago rapper that originally was put on as a consultant for Mad Verse City (given the 90s rap theme of the game), but eventually became a full-time host alongside his twin sister.

- Is fiercely protective of Rachel, but doesn't hesitate to tease her given that he's the older brother (by 5 minutes, granted, but still)

- Rocks the casual look, hates outfits that are too flashy and doesn't wear them unless he's on stage.

- Loves mecha anime with a passion, and as such is extremely stoked to be a part of this project.

- Very sassy, but surprisingly sensible and knows that people have limits. Shocking, I know.

Rachel "DJ Raych" North (Host name same as in the game):

- Went to visit her brother Simeon one day in order to see what exactly he was doing with this "Jackbox" thing. But Nate noticed their great chemistry and, at the end of the day, asked her to be a co-host.

- Rachel accepted in order to help her brother out (even though she gets flustered when public speaking), but eventually grew to love hosting for the company.

- Unlike her brother, Rachel LOVES wearing bold and flashy fashions, especially if they're neon.

- Gets flustered easily, but overall is a sweet woman. However, she's not without her boldness, and her confidence is sky high.

- LOVES the old tamogatchis, still has her old device from the 90s (though it hasn't worked properly in awhile)

- Works as a DJ alongside her brother when not hosting for Jackbox.
