This is my first time making a tutorial so sorry for any grammar errors >_<I made this for a friend of mine who needed help making a dress for her Morgiana cosplay. Since the characters we were cosplaying had similar dresses, I decided to make a tutorial. But I thought that I could share it with other people too! Hope my tutorial helps you out
