Royal Icing...some may say, wtf? Royal Icing sets up a lot faster than normal buttercreme so handling flowers and leaves is a lot easier.Here is some flowers I learned to do tonight in class. They're not that good but for first time their not bad.
White- Easter Lilies
Pink- Poinsettia
Yellow- Petunia
Blue- Unfinished Morning Glory
