Oops made another oc look I'm sorry but this one has been on my mind for way too long!
Kover is an 18 year old street artist delinquent who constantly tests the patience of local patrols. Him and his friend group of the same interest constantly challenge themselves to "tag" the most unreachable and famous spots around the city as a way to protest, show skill and prove status. By doing these stunts, he's gained a lot of infamy mixed in with admittances of "how the hell..??"

She's a cocky, overly confident and tenatious person who revels in halting the businesses of higher ups, even if it's brief. She's a fantastic climber and skilled with parkour, being able to use the city's structure to her advantage. One day, she'll do the impossiblr and climb the highest building to place her tag at the top.

Although defacing public areas is illegal and highly detested, and Kover not exactly being an angel, he is still mindful of not destroying or defacing private properties of people simply doing their best to get by. While he has a lot of enemies, he also has some allies throughout the streets that he can rely on. Sure, he's a petty thief that will nick bread from a baker, but he'll simultaneously slash the tires and paint dicks on the vehicle of the criminal that tries to rob the same baker of their money. A bit of a chaotic neutral, if you will.
