I made a sith sorcerer based upon him in swtor, with an unstable electric infused cyan saber, and armor that has lightning blasting all around it and max chain lightning abilities and speed of blasts. It's been lovely. Can lightning and dark side corruption and a story that makes it sound like he used he ray sphere twice. I love it.

These games are so damn good! Played the first one, was like 'that was a pretty impressive game which I enjoyed a lot.' Then, I played the second one which was SO FUCKING AMAZING!! finished them both in about a week, so damn good. inFamous 2 is such an amazing game.
