Well, the best thing is to NEVER EVER quit practicing. I get discouraged a lot, but I still keep drawing. Also, use paint tool sai. It's awesome!~ Sketch on one layer, then use a linework layer to make your lines all straight and pretty. I'd save up for a tablet, too. I'm saving up for a Wacom Bamboo Create! Aww yeah.
Sorry if my advice was lame. XD But, seriously, keep on drawing, and one of these days, you'll be so professional, everyone's eyes will bleed rainbows! 8D
