Description
I'm undecided on this one, it's definitely missing something, or maybe it has too much of something. Any suggestions?Also available in 1680 x 1050 widescreen in my gallery.

Thank you SO MUCH to *Druology for suggesting and ^Sophquest for featuring this as a Daily Deviation, it really mean a lot to me, and this is now the 3rd most popular Fractal Wallpaper on DA... WOW. More thanks to all of you who faved, I couldn't go around and thank you all, but you are all appreciated.

As for what it needs... I think if you smoothed out the colors and blended them in places just slightly, it'd look better. Except that part where it's kind of green with the kind of ring around it, that should stick out more. Be more attention-getting. It should serve as the focal point.

So up the contrast near the center ring, and down the contrast around the edges? Sounds like a pretty good idea to me

I actually already blurred around the edges a bit, this was about as blurred as I could get it without it looking trashy.

The green in the background near the center, almosts suggests trees behind it all... I love it! (If it were me, I'd enhance the forest feel a bit... But that's just me.) Looks awesome.

I actually had the same thought and tried making the green stand out a bit more, but it really wasn't working out as well as I wanted it to. Thanks though

2.02? That's what I started on, but I kept getting the new versions as they came out. I think either 2.04 or 2.05 was the best though.

I wasn't trying to outright, but my subconscious might have been...
I'unno, I always see things like that after I finish a fractal. While I'm making things it's usually more along the lines of "Oh! that shade of green looks awesome!"

Eye direction is something I've been practicing
And Apophysis isn't really that difficult for what I do. It's just a random flame with a few touch ups.

At first I thought there was an orb inside the middle of the pulses of color, which i thought would look really awesome. then when I full-viewed, the dark spot in the middle only looked like an orb. Perhaps you're thinking that you're missing a central focus? Other than that, this is great
