Description
Next of my 3D Mascot research boredman.deviantart.com/art/3D…Apparently, the snail was cool but gave a mixed message because of gastropod's reputation for being slow, ergo kinda lazy ("plus where is his carapace supposed to be?"), and the chameleon, while being much more appropriate, looked a little too scary ("cause of his red eyes").
So here I am, trying a different combo.
Still works, but damn it I really liked that snail

I'll agree. I felt like the snail had more personality to him. Something in the silhouette, I think, in comparison to the new Chameleon.
That said, the new Chameleon is still good. He'd fit the role nicely.

I'd say that's about 20% right there.

Don't tell me. A snail once stole my mom's purse!

Listen, I was a little girl in need of money, alone in this horrible world.. Snails were my only hope!
Will you forgive me? т__т

It's not actually a robot, but rather a humanized chameleon wearing an exo-ske...
Ah forget it. Robo-cameleon's about right.

Why does it matter that snails are slow/lazy?
But this chameleon is cute too.

Cause the mascot is for a 3D course, and they have a pretty intensive program, so...
I can see why a lazy mollusk would be an issue to them.

A lazy molusk as a mascot isn't an issue to students ...
But I see their point too. Good luck on modeling!
