I am not sure how much. Shipping would only be 50 cents if you live in the USA, because you could just send them in a normal envelope, right? just make an offer for the bracelets. I have no idea how much to charge.

well does the white have to be twice as long as the black? which one do I start with?

ok, for the first row, you take the first black and first white strings. make a backward knot with the white over the black. then, with the same 2 strings, make a forward knot with the white over black again. the two strings should be back to the position they started in. do that with all the strings in the row. in the second row, you do not use the very first black string, or the very last white string. sorry it took so long to answer. if you have any more questions, just ask and i will try to reply faster
