“It is time for a ritual of humility. An elixir of old wisdom spreading through my being. My ego, my defender, a messenger of the past warping the present. Its hyper vigilance has served me for a long time. It shielded me from danger when I needed it the most. But I want to know who I am without it’s hyper vigilance getting in the way of being here and now. Thus, it’s time to let go, to turn off my mind, relax and float downstream. I lay down all my thoughts and surrender to the void. Dissolution of my ego is upon me. Without it, I am simply a being, existing, feeling the immense awe of being. As a voyager of my psyche, such is a necessary journey to connect me to my inner self. There I will find who I really am at the core of my being. When the Ego breaks open, we see who we are behind who we thought we were.”
