I think Capcom knew we hated him in SFIV (boss wise at least)... so they gave him a hotter feminine body to make up for that. X'D

He's just cheap. 7~7U Keep in mind, that I played SSFIV before I began playing other fighting games a little more like the King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, and Art of Fighting series... Y'know, the SNK games that coined the term, "SNK Boss Syndrome"? XD ...Though to be fair, I think I'd rather fight Seth than KOF 2001's Igniz.
Indeed, Capcom did... I'm not going to enjoy hearing his regular voice even with the Doll Body though. That's just... a little odd to me.
