ACROBLAST
The Vigilante Pokémon

Type: Fire/Dark
Ability:
- Gymnast - The Pokémon avoids entry hazards when sent into battle.
- Infiltrator
- (Unburden)
Info: They use heat vision so that they can see perfectly in the dark. Though their natural habitat is within the mountains, they often venture down to cities where they leap from rooftop to rooftop. They'll fold in their wings, dive bomb off the top of skyscrapers and open their wings at the last second to swoop over the streets. They have an incredible sense of hearing, which allows them to detect and dodge attacks from all angles.

NAME ORIGIN: Acrobat + Blast
EVOLUTION: Charbat > Lv.24 > Vampyre > Lv.38 > Acroblast

SIGNATURE MOVE:

Night Vault (Dark/Physical)
PWR: 55 / ACC: 100
Info: The user leaps at the foe under the cover of darkness. The move's power is doubled if the user isn't holding an item.

Stealth Bomb (Fire/Special)
PWR: 80 / ACC: 100
Info: The user lays a trap on the foe's side of the field which is detonated when the next Pokemon is sent into battle. The user can only set one bomb at a time, and Pokemon which are Flying- Type or have Levitate avoid detonating the bomb.

Acroblast was inspired by a bat's nocturnal activity as well as its heightened senses and re-imagining it as a superhero who works under the cover of darkness. It's meant to resemble a high-tech vigilante with heat vision goggles and hearing sensors.

I intended for the line to take a sudden, unexpected turn in the final stage. I originally had the intention for this to be a starter line for a new region but I ended up scrapping that region, though I might make this a starter line for Ovaro idk!
