Info: They are born with fluffy, white feathers which cover their bodies. These feathers help it to remain warm. It is incredibly proud of its feathers, and it is always cleaning them with the water that drips from its beak. As they grow, they begin to shed their feathers, and they fall off in thick, buoyant clumps which float through the air like bubbles.

Bubbill is one of the starter Pokémon in the Hanos Region. At the beginning of the game, the player's friend is gifted the starter Pokémon by his sick mother who wishes to encourage him to go out and see the world. The player's friend offers you one, and gives the third to his younger sister.
