To use it as a pattern in photoshop:
1- Go to File > Open > Pick desired texture
2 - Go to Edit > Define pattern > Add desired name
3- Ready to use with paintbucket or via styles > pattern
To use bump maps:
Apply textures on colour channel.
Apply bump maps on to bump or displacement channel in your material editor. Adjust settings. Done

Go to [link] and install the program. Right click on textures pack rar file and chose extract here. It will create folder with 10 jpg textures inside.
