Colors and composition are great. That red touch does a lot. I guess you could argue about artistic nuances but for me that small tilt is a bit annoying in symmetric photos like this. Also that CA causing glow on the rooftop catch my I too much. At least I think it's CA because I've had the same issue on some photos. Back to positive. Your choice of weather was perfect. Wet ground with reflections interact perfectly with Louvre. In general your work is awesome. You have an identifiable style. Thanks for sharing your work.
Edit. I thought I was writing a critique but obviously I had no idea what I was doing.. I guess it's fine like this.
