Description
Labyrinth of Torment really lives up to its name. Oni Island was by far the most frustrating part of Okami. I have dreaded it each playthrough, and will probably continue to do so in all future playthroughs, lol. So I painted this in honour of Tobi and his menacing racing games.Β I like to think it was worth it for the boss battleClick here to see more of my Okami related works

Ahh yes the tobi race! Do not get me started about jumping over the walls with the spikes on top and the stairs at the end... But again I still feel like I'm dreaming. The blockhead in Oni Island just made it so much harder too... i nearly used a astral pouch on it (i have like 7 solar units] and wasted so many holy bones

Oh my god yes, don't get me started on blockhead. Some may call this cheating, but in my latest playthrough I just got so fed up with him that I filmed the weak spots on my phone and dotted them in while playing and pausing the video.Β

Personally i'd rather take the labryinth of torment over the mandatory digging minigames. those are asinine. And at least the labyrinth is only done once xp

Almost forgot about those digging games. Now that you mention it, I often found them kinda anti-climatic to the story.

Thank you! I would definitely recommend it if you like adventure games. It has beautiful visuals and interesting mechanics. Some may think the story can be a little slow-paced, and mid-game it takes a somewhat sudden turn. But all in all, it is one of my favourite games of all time, if not my favourite!

Yeah, it is an older title, but it has aged well in my opinion. I don't really know what good discount you could get it at on Steam (I play on console), but I would guess it is the same as for most titles. Guess you will just have to keep an eye out!

I will for sure, I've been spoiled by steam sales for a long time, I always have a hard time accepting full prices for my games anymore, and some companies are notorious for certain degrees of sale their stuff goes on so you can sometimes get a good feel for how much to expect to get as a discount, I'm sure the fall sale will be a great opportunity for me to pick it up though!
