What if Chun-Li, the main female fighter of the Street Fighter franchise, has a rivalry with Morrigan Aensland, the main female character of the Darkstalkers series?
This is more in the meta sense as Morrigan far surpasses Chun-Li in power scaling like if they fight, Morrigan would probably one-shot Chun-Li. But in the Meta sense (or Crossovers as they don't care for power scaling), these two are the main ladies of Capcom's most well-known fighting games (even if one hasn't had a new game in forever) with the personalities making a nice contrast, with Chun-Li being dutiful and compassionate while Morrigan is seductive and playful. Honestly, I do think the rivalry would be one-sided for Morrigan due to her personality. I also believe this rivalry is some-what official.
