What if Dr. Albert W. Wily or simply Dr. Wily, the first main antagonist of the Megaman franchise, replaced Dr. Wheelo in Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest?I did one with Eggman replacing Gero but I wanted to do one with Wily as well. However, I wasn't willing to just do the same character even though it probably would be better so I did the other evil scientist that existed in Dragon Ball Z instead, in a non-canon movie but still counts.
What would changed with Wily taking Wheelo's role?
Would he do the same things Wheelo did?
Would he do the same mistakes as Wheelo?
Would his ambitions change in this new world? If so, how?
How would his new allies and enemies feel about him?
