I don't know much about that universe, but does that world have a moon? Do they know what wax and wane mean? The thought keeps popping up in my head

You REALLY need to read it, It's great. If your pressed for time get the audio version via audible, the guy that does the narration for the entire series does a great job, he even did a good job with Vin even tho it's a guy telling the story.
