Okay, first of all, I don't see any reason to apologize for not taking requests.Β The first time you asked, I stated that I don't do requests. It's not my fault if you can't take a simple "no" for an answer.
Second, I've made a FAQ for this sort of thing that's featured prominently on my profile page. It's not my fault if you didn't read this and, again, I see no reason for me to apologize for your neglect to do so.
And third... honestly? You'd prefer me to make empty promises I have no intention of keeping instead of just a plain and simple "no"? I have no plans for accepting requests in the foreseeable future, so why should I pretend that I'm interested in making this sprite after all. I'm not. That's the truth. It's not my fault if you can't accept an honest answer.

I can execpt an answer, I just chose not to. I have had a very bad day because my mom fell down the stairs and broke her leg and ankel. It would be nice if some person out there could have some sympathy and just do hat I say for once. I have waited on her and all she does is lie around and do nothing but sit, yeah thats what people with broken legs do, but seourlys come on!
