Description
A changeling transforming into the Mane 6. Fun!
This is a mix of elements made from scratch (like the flame effect), using a template (like the Changeling itself) and edited Desktop Pony sprites (the Mane 6, obviously).

You'd have to disable the transformations in the editor. Their names all start with "transform" and are in group 1 and to disable them, you'd just have to check the "Don't run randomly" box for each of them.
Admittedly, it can be a bit cumbersome to do so with the way the editor works, so I guess you could just replace pony.ini in the Changeling folder with this one (just maybe make a backup copy of the old one in case you miss the transformations after all).

It depends on the complexity of the animation. If it's not based on a template, a few hours.

When it got too pinkie you should have put a magic blast hitting the Changeling. Like when pinkie was talking to the changeling.

Do you have a tutorial for the transformation "flames"? I'm trying to make a changeling gif and mine look.... pretty stupid, to say the least.

No tutorial for this, I'm afraid. All I can say is that it helps to have some references (screenshots or clips from the show) when making these kind of animations.

Then the answer is no. Unless you are one of the show's creators (who I doubt would use words like "we" and "us" when referring to Changelings) who actually knows what they're talking about, I don't have any interest in someone trying to "educate" me about "proper" Changeling anatomy or other such nonsense, thank you.

I know the anatomy because I have a changeling oc but I'm just saying a changeling would die if it changed that fast ( I research my oc species for everything) canon or not its a fact

Then explain the episode with Changleings for me. The Changelings changed about this fast. And "anatomy" has nothing to do with the speed of the change of Changelings. I am almost positive that Changelings would not die even if they changed this fast. Also, your little 'fact' is probably not canon. Do you have a link to prove it? Did the creators tell you? I think not.
Stop playing a know-it-all and accept the fact that:
-The creator of this GIF doesn't care about your 'facts'
-Your research isn't true
-You're wrong
-Anatomy has nothing to do with speed.

And I still don't care. I like interesting trivia as much as the next guy, but there's a difference between researching actual facts and randomly making stuff up. If you want to write a fanfic or an article about head canons, that's fine, but other people's comment sections are not the place to do it, so go and talk about your OCs somewhere else.
