I don't know about Lightning Dust, but I know that someone has been working on Babs. No idea when she will be finished, though.

Post 41064 has a download link for a bunch of ponies I made, including Flim and Flam.

Uhm, just go to the thread I linked to and search for the number using your browser's search function. It's really not all that difficult.

Eh? No, don't use the site's search as you are already in the correct thread. Just use your browser's search function to find the post with the correct number.
If you don't know how to do that, well, most (if not all) browsers have a search bar you can open simply by pressing Ctrl+F. Use that.
And if you're still stuck... well, sorry, but I'm out of ideas how to explain it any better.

Oh, huh. I just went to get the download link but apparently it's not valid anymore. So yeah, this wouldn't have worked anyway... 
But yeah, I know that someone has collected all newly released ponies, so they should be in the next version of the program.
