I guess she is interesting, or she could be, at least. She was a bit too much of a generic bully for me to really like her, but I certainly wouldn't mind if she was brought back in a meaningful way.

I don't know. While I'm sure that most people think they have good reasons for whatever they do, said reasons often don't seem to be very plausible to outsiders, I guess. Not to discourage you from making an origin story for her, just... be wary of this trope: [link]
