Uhm, I've got a FAQ on my profile page where I mention the programs I use and even have a link to a small tutorial I made (Q7), and I guess if you've got more specific questions, I could at least try and answer them, but actually teaching? Sorry, but no.
There are hundreds of tutorials already available right here on deviantArt that explain everything from spriting to animating better than I ever could.

I like your OC. Better than my stupid, constantly different race/species, white, flame styled OC. Meh, atleast he was in "Children of the Night". ...to the surprise of a few others with similar OCs.
