You are just another thief who tries (and fails) to justify their actions. You act as if I should feel honored that you've decided to steal my work, and quite frankly, your attitude disgusts me.

Really, all I asked for was credit, but you act as if I was asking for your first born child or something. Maybe if you did the sprites and whatever else you may use yourself for once, you'd learn to appreciate the work that was put into the things you so carelessly and disrespectfully steal. Until then, feel free to hate me as much as you like as long as it means that you don't steal my stuff. It is still my work, after all.

Due to the nature and style of the game, adding "credits" will be a huge annoyance. This is not "disrespect", but actually about my mental health.
I don't actually have anything against crediting people, but it is very low priority. I want to focus on adding stuff to the game, without worrying about that kinda thing right now.
I also believe the act of simply being named is kinda pointless, and that what truly matters is that the love I have for your stuff is known.
I have already expressed said love directly to you. It's not like I am trying to lie about anything.

Quite the contrary: it's absolutely disrespectful. Taking stuff from other people without even giving credit despite the creators' explicit wishes is nothing short of thievery.
If that's you idea of expressing "love"... sorry, but I'll pass.
Honestly, there's absolutely no reason for you to not give credit to the people that helped make your creation possible. It's common courtesy and has nothing at all to do with things like "style", so you should better make it a priority sooner than later. And if the idea of giving credit where credit is due really annoys you so much, there's a simple solution to that as well: Don't use other people's stuff and better start making everything yourself!
