About three weeks work on and off. so happy with the results
Sorry if the choice of head sculpt isn't to your liking. I couldn't get a realistic one cheap enough so opted for a Ken with glasses xD The HEV suit is made from craft foam hot glued on to a jumpsuit. the crowbar is 4mm aluminium model wire wrapped in insulation tape and painted with a bit of gunmetal paint.You can check out my Alyx custom here fav.me/db3e8ad

The innovation here is too amazing for words! The Ken head worked out as well as Alyx's Barbie head and helps to make them fit together by not having contrasting facial styles. The craft foam looks great as the HEV, but for me, it's the crowbar that really knocked this figure out of the park. Excellent excellent excellent work!
