The winds swirlthe paper rises,
twists and turns.
Intricate patterns,
thoughts and wishes,
hopes and dreams.
Yet the winds fail,
the pieces fall
thoughts are shattered,
and all has failed.
But one glance
from you,
and the pieces
rise again.

this is the kind of poem that makes me want to know more, and makes me want to know whats going to happen. its doesnβt feel like its over and makes me feel desperate to know whats going to happen.
even though it fairly short it still hints quite alot and theres deeper meanings to it. i like the metaphor of the wind, its a nice touch of showing how things rise and fall in one word. and how it can be unstable and unsettling. but also calming and somewhat soothing.

so this "one" is the wind beneath your feet giving you hopes and dreams. i like. i read the title and thought ooo i just read a doll house, how weird. but then i read the poem and it's the exact opposite.

The images are nice, it reminds me of American Beauty.
I like how the short length of the lines sounds, it gives it kind of a fast, slightly urgent feeling.
And it's nice to see a poem with a happy ending.
