Future versions of Don and Raph battling Armaggon after a time-jump to an even further point in the future, where society seems to have crumbled, and nature has reclaimed a sunken, globally-warmed planet.Or, if you're half the people wandering past my booth at the Calgary Comic Expo, "Street Sharks vs. Ninja Turtles."

I don't remember the original story behind Armaggon, Β But that Armageddon Waterworld theme fits pretty well.

There wasn't as much to him as there could have been. Basically a shark mutant (mutants were basically societally normal 100 years in the future) who shows up one day and steals Donnie's time-slip generator and uses it to steal a whole much more junk for upgrading it. He eventually gets trapped in the future, picked up by aliens, tries to steal their ship and ends up marooned on like a chunk of space debris or something.

I wholeheartedly agree! I drew Armaggon for months after reading those books. Pretty sure I even drew a little comic for my little cousins about them fighting him (because little cousins who like wrestling will fight anyone at the drop of a hat).

Well worth it! Β Brings back a lot of memories of reading that Future Shark Trilogy for the first time. Β It was the most amazing thing I had seen in the Archie TMNT comics!
