Final contest prize is finally finished!
This one is for and features two of his ocs tied up and hanging by two air vents in the ceiling. Also, their skirts/dresses are replaced by plastic, making them see-through. It probably would've made more sense to not have them their at all but eh, I'm not complaining. 
Sorry this took so long.Β
