There is no excuse for this DX And I think the quality on this one is even lower than usual because I tried to do the outlining by tablet. DERP. Also, because of the long break, I forgot what was supposed to be in the speech bubbles XD That's why they just state random stuff on this page

I get that Scard would have, what with his power and profession, but with Linebeck..? Hmm.
As weird as Linebeck is, he doesn't get cold easily, and Scard seems to be the only other person that felt the "chill"...

So far I can tell you that you're right on Scard, it has kinda to do with his profession that he senses certain... "things". As for Tetra and Linebeck? They felt it for the same reason, so it's something they have in common that none of the others has.
