Just SOOOOOOOO much story behind this dude. This was my very first ever concept for my own superhero waaaaaaaaaay back in the 90's. At the time, I was inspired by Rob Liefeld's Cable concept as well as Stryker from Codename: Cyber-Force by Mark Silvestri. Cyborgs were REALLY big at the time.
