You think the military is going to give away the secrets behind a top-secret nanotech armor? Pfffft, who you kiddin'?Steel Condor is the a mysterious character from my Marionette story. His identity has yet to be revealed. Sometimes he attacks Marionette, sometimes he helps her. He's kind of like the secondary Rider in a Kamen Rider show.
