To be honest, Flam and Fran didn't seem to actually care about Lord Hyness's plans, only Zan did. So I don't think Flame would want to avenge Hyness.

I don't remember this. I remember Flame after the fortress world being on the fire planet not doing what she was supposed to be doing. I'm sure they knew about the plan but I question that flam and fran cared for it at all.

I think their still loyal to him just not as loyal as Zan is I think.

Maybe they are loyal but it would be pretty low loyalty. At the first encounter, Flam gets more upset at Kirby that he beat Fran than him being in their fortress. Then in the second encounters, Fran and Flam are both on their respected themed planets doing their own thing rather than standing with Hyness like Zan is.Β
Regardless, with Fran finding Kirby cute and Flam seemingly to love Fran to death, I'm not sure if she would want to kill Kirby in this case. I think if Flam and Zan's reactions are swapped it would make more since. Just my opinion though.
