You can change the Custom however you want (change colors slightly, add/remove wings and horns), but not to the point where it's unrecognizable from the original design.
If uploading the character on Toy.House please be sure to credit me as well, I'm "Hope-of-Morning" there.
If you want the PNG file just ask me, this file is in Jpg to avid theft
DO NOT RESELL, IF YOU GET TIRED OF SAID CHARACTER/S PLEASE RETURN THEM TO ME SO I CAN KEEP TRACK OF THEM AND FIND THEM A NEW HOME
DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS IN RULE 34 RELATED ART. (I may be willing to "negotiate" but you'll have to wait until I'm a bit older)
