Hmmm...When I submitted it I only had the featured folder as an option. I am not sure how to submit it to the contest folder.

When you click the "submit to a group" icon on a deviation page, first you select the group you want to submit to and then click the "submitting to" option to find the folder. But if there's a problem with that, then contact one of the admins and ask them to do it for you
