Days when they take the boat out to do their lessons are always full of new and exciting sites. Everything amazes the girl, but on occasion something will catch their eye that shocks even the great Sea Wizard. either way, their outings always bring something new

Such beautiful moments -- somehow they just fit so well together! Arietta looks so cautious in the first panel, but by the second one she's totally warmed up and comfortable with her mentor to protect her. You can tell they're both enjoying the spectacle of these jellyfish. Maybe this is a migration?

thanks a bunch! oh i agree, fujimoto always seems to carry this essence of power with him, especially when he's using magic. which only makes it more adorable when that sense of control is lost to him whenever something goes wrong. which, for the poor man, seems to happen a lot
