Since I'm diving back into the Nebula's Tide, I figured I should finally finish and upload this height chart that I started YEARS ago.

Hight is a significant differentiator between the Homologous Species (humanoids) and those of the "Free Races" (non-humanoids). While Kala's race, the Hantae, are for the most part homologous in appearance, their height sets them apart. It's something that makes Kala feel "othered" while in the Federation, but once she finds herself in the company of Captain Treta and his crew, she feels more at home.

The Duatta Iill are the tallest known species with grown adults averaging between 9 and 11 ft.

Kala is 7'3" -slightly shorter than the average Hantae female
And Treta is 8'5" *Big Boy* -taller than the average Asmurian but not record breaking by any means
