Reminds me of how Jason Todd's situation before being seemingly killed. And here, if Sakura dies, either a mourning Naruto or Sasuke lift up a lifeless Sakura in their arms. Overall, a masterpiece, this work of art. Bar none.

I think , first she would tear up the knots , and then she would make a whole (like a "after bomb explosion") then, she would jump off but naturally the paper bombs would be activated so she use a new healing skill (one second healing) and then, there would be a cool pic how she elegantly jumps further away and beside her the building exploses .
If I'll see such a pic like in my note I'll freak out of happiness and goosebumps
