As for the design it comes from like 2 things I guess. The screenshot of where Fu is talking about the wish is where the circle and lil swirlies come from (i also used that in the chapter 1 icon) and the lettering in the middle is the Chinese Lu, Fu, Shou which is similar to the design of master Fu's box of Miraculous which seems to have a design of the Fu Prosperity symbols
