Description
Ever smartly dressed, the operator is responsible for the smooth running of all machinery in the city, she is very efficient but as a result of this, the corrupt government decided she was not efficient enough, she was punished harshly and her legs were forcibly amputated above the knees. She continued as the operator, forgoing the use of prosthetic or bionic legs and having lead jacks implanted in the remains of her legs to allow her to better interface with the city's networked systems. In the years since her amputations her stumps have atrophied to the point that they are completely useless, she is always smartly dressed and always in a skirt allowing her to access her interface jacks quickly, when running the city she will often be seen with leads running from under her skirt to the various uplink systems she works with.
