Sure you can draw it, as long as you credit me and link to this. The design is supposed to be like Magnemite's head with four legs that it uses to scurry along. The spikes are attached by electricity, kind of like a Tesla coil combined with a tractor beam. This would be more like it were leaping.
Just in case it looked like a Mankey-like body.
