Excelent, i love:
The blackness has become light
If she were to emerge from her hole, it would be too bright

A great way of caputuring that feeling!

This one I like. It touches so lightly on a level that is often avoided. Depression, of any depth, of any construction feeds upon itself. After a prolonged period of depression its what we are used to. It feels natural to be a recluse and is so easy not to face the world. This is stated so well when you say how she can see through the darkness because she has been there so long. There is a lot that could be said about this poem along those lines but the foundation is there for a great discussion which makes a great poem. Congrats on a fine piece

Oooh, I can definitely relate; having been tied off from the outside world for so long, stuck in my reclusive shell. Once I finally made the decision to creep back out, it did take a while to adjust. But we can adjust; just as we once adjusted to the darkness.

Yeah...very easy for me to relate to...and the shell becomes your home, your only security..can be hard to break free from that.
