In an alternate universe, where the the technology of the future meets the style of the past, Melinda Crane is one of the city's greatest heroines.

By day, she heads the Crane Foundation. But, when needed, she swaps out her tailored business suits for a more dynamic option and protects the citizens of the great city as the Mighty, Magnificent, Mindy Marvel!

The original design, for CrimsonVlkyrie 's Earth-23 is below. This version is slightly different, with Melinda swapping out her traditional skirt for some 1940s style shorts.

I have to say, I really like this simpler look for Mindy. I know, most will say her canon look is the best. And you're right. But there's something to be said for a simple design. So maybe you'll see more of this alternate version of Mindy...or maybe it gets color swapped to better match her regular design in the main universe.

Fun fact, in a way. The National Hockey League unveiled "Reverse Retro" uniforms for this season and the St. Louis Blues' one is...really red

Anyway, even though this design came before this, it gave me the vibes of the Reverse Retro jerseys...which is why I used it for the title....
