"I have to say, this restaurant is amazing Emily." Brooke said finishing up her chef salad.

"It is! It's the only place outside of Michigan that serves authentic Platinum Hills Style Pizza!" Kendra replied. "I usually have family ship it over when I have a craving."

"Thanks, it's my favorite place..." Emily said to the duo as their waitress stopped by the table.

"Will that be all for tonight? Or do we have room for dessert? Emily, I've already put in the order for that lava cake you love..."

"Um...no thanks..." Emily said quietly, her voice trailing off. Kayla, Brooke, and Kendra looked puzzled.

"Emily, are you ok?"

"It's just...I've had meetings like this before...the agent yells at me for eating too much or wanting dessert...calling me fat..."

"Em, sweetie...no." Brooke said as Kendra grabbed her hand. "You want the lava cake, you can have the lava cake. No judgement, no anger. In fact, that sounds great! I'd like some as well."

"Kayla, what's the deep dish apple pie?" Kendra asked pointing to the restaurant's large dessert menu.

"It's the Chicago deep dish pan lined with our homemade pie crust. Piled to the top with apples and a crumb topping. It's drizzled with caramel sauce and served warm with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream from a local creamery down the street.

"That's amazing, I'll have that please." Kendra said excitedly as Kayla gathered the dessert menus and gave Emily a reassuring squeeze on her shoulder before leaving.

"Em...I know your previous experience modeling was traumatic. And I don't want you to think that this will be more of the same. I had a similar experience early on. And, thankfully, I had a support staff that recognized the toxic environment I was in and got me out of there. That's why I transitioned from fashion to fitness modeling. So I could live in the body I wanted to be in." Kendra said as Brooke nodded.

"It doesn't have to be full time, I know how much you love your job with NYC tourism, and you're amazing at it. whenever you want a job I'll find you one. If someone treats you badly, let me know and I'll straighten them out.You have a story that, I believe, can help other girls...other women like you. To not be afraid, to be comfortable in your skin. You've come so far Em, and trust is hard to come by." Brooke continued as she looked at Kendra who smiled.

"And we want to earn your trust, come with me" Brooke said as Kendra grabbed Emily's hand and the trio walked outside to a nearby alley.

"First...we wanted to say you were amazing stopping that car chase earlier today..."

"Oh...that wasn't me..."Emily said as looked shocked and tried to play it off.

"Sweetie, it's ok"Kendra said. "We were there too..."

Emily's shocked turned to confusion but that soon faded as Brooke and Kendra held their arms near their chest. A blue and green bird, respectively, appeared on their watches.

"Angels...Ascend!" they shouted as a myriad of colored lights exploded from the devices, nearly blinding Emily and engulfing the duo. In a split second, their outfits were replaced by the uniforms of Super Swan and Dynamic Dove, their heroic physiques and supernatural beauty on full display.

"Wait...you two..."Emily said while trying to process everything.

"That's right." Brooke/Super Swan confirmed as she put her strong arm around Emily. "After figuring out you were the phenomenal Pyro Phoenix that helped us today, we wanted to share our secrets with you...regardless if you work with us or not. We can't expect you to live your truth if we don't offer ours to you."

Kendra/Dynamic Dove joined Brooke, wrapping her arm around Emily who was getting emotional. The trio shared a super hug before Emily wiped the tears away.

"I'm...I'm ready to get back on the catwalk..." Emily said and then gave a large smile.

"That's great Em...the industry is better for having you in it." Brooked said.

"Now lets change back Brooke so we can go back inside and celebrate...I can almost smell that apple pie from here!" Kendra said excitedly.
