Baych Grove painted for santharia.comThe Baych Tree can be found throughout mid Sarvonia, though it is found more often in the Bolder, the Goltherlon Forest, the Vontron, etc. Baych Trees have grayish-blue bark, making them easily identifiable among other trees, producing a triangular-shaped nut in autumn that can be eaten or used to season other foods. Baych Trees can also be used to make furniture, houses, and childrenβs toys.

Seeing this, my first thought was 'where two worlds meet' as is often where two different species begin or end geographically. I really like how different the two types of tree bark are done, as well as how you've changed the scene in which both type of trees seem to divide into - the soft woods of the left seem to suggest opening up into rolling grass, while the spreading roots of the others seem to suggest much more rugged territory. Beautiful piece!
