I really like how you managed to do the "muscles" on the arm :3
I always liked how different artists imagine how would a mechanical arm on a human or other organic creature would look
Though, the part at the base of the fingers look rather strange @ the palm view. Looks too rigid and I can hardly imagine it moving freely. The "tendons" are positioned in a rather strange way (they should all point to the wrist, while here they point all around the palm

The design aesthetic is nothing like Deus Ex. Prosthetic arms have been around for a lot longer.

I like the angular shapes on the plates, kind of gives it a stamped, mass-produced look. Which sort of fits with the whole industrialist-age feel of the vest and tie.
