I actually could use a bit of creative input on this one. What would be a clever, somewhat twisted activity for the twins to make the tinies do?

Oooh, excellent question. 
1. Make them kick each other in the crotch one after the other repeatedly. "ow!" "ow!" "ow!" "ow!" This would make for a great slapstick comedy!
2. Reenact "Charlie the Unicorn". The pink unicorn will be the tiny girl in pink, Charlie will be the tiny in green, the blue unicorn will be one of the big girl's foot (with some bodypaint), the leopluradon will be her other foot and the candy cave will be in her panties. The letter "Y" will be held by the toes of the other girl. Then post it on Youtube.
3. Make a play with several characters, but all of the actors will be hamsters with different colored hats who will just wander around the box freely. The only non-hamster actors will be those two tinies. Do voice acting for the tinies as well as the hamsters.
4. Go to random people in the street, talking through the "puppets" and engage a funny conversation, and see the people's funny response. The tiny girls "say": "Hello there, what's your name?", "Can you scratch my back?", "Can you scratch my butt?", "Kissy kissy?", etc. And the random people will laugh and co-operate with this fun refreshment to their day.
5. Go to a TV talent show and show off their special talent to the entire world.
