Will do but I can't find the procedure for submission in that journal entry, or in any of the past journals either. What am I missing?

The reason why is because when someone becomes part of the club, I add them to a watch list and then as they add stuff and put the permission statement in the picture description, I do autosubmissions, but when someone becomes a part of the club and want to either submit to a contest or some old work they did before joining, they do the typical submission note.

Right I understood that bit, I guess I don't know what the "typical submission note" is. You'll have to forgive me, I only just found out that there were clubs like this on DA, and since they're user-controlled and not really DA supported they don't make a ton of sense to me just yet.
