Well the second would be Games workshop's Necromunda as in: Underhive.
And uuuh tentacle rape? judging by the tentacle creeping towards the fighters on the bottom right? haha

yup, the title, the womans suit is based round the Van Saar suits (which im sure are based on the Dune Still suits)are nods to Necromunda and the over all style of the piece is a nod to John Blanche, my favourite GW artist.
other guess is a bit off though, it wasnt meant to be a tentacle, just a random bit of tubing

you should check out some of his tutorial books, he has a pretty unique design for pretty much everything he attempts. The skull head cyborg is a nod to his work.

I got his 50 robots book a few years ago and thought his designs where leagues ahead of pretty much all the others so have hunted down everything I can find by him.

Got this book by him about designing vehicles, its so awesome!

The robots book is well worth the pennies just for his WW2 nazi mechs.
I have the vehicles one (particularly enjoyed the bio mech cavalry) and his Undead book which has a mixture of artists. Again his stand out both in originality and quality and I can certainly recommend the book.
