wow...the hair is incredible. i mean, i like the whole thing (eyes are very pretty) but the hair is, well, wonderful. i wanna be able to do that. >:{D
one thing i've always wondered, is how people make such a light blend of colors. whenever i try, it looks so...blocky? dark? the colors, i mean. it looks flat, because it's difficult for me to shade things without making the picture awkward.

LoL..if u want to make smoother scratch,just use softbrush,if u use solidbrush,try to brush it with just 1,2 or 3 scratches

Lol..i use photoshop..on PS it's called softround airbrush,usually i mix it with pen opacity airbrush
